Just Cause 3 MP Crash FIX!

4 posts in this topic

Here is a little guide to help you guys if you're stuck like I was.

If you get the error that says:

"Just Cause 3 Multiplayer Windows x64 Client has stopped working."

I came across a fix that that my error.

1.) Go to where you downloaded the zip folder.

2.) Make a new folder and name it whatever you want.

3.) Extract the zip folder into the folder you just created.

4.) When you click to open PlayJCMP.exe hold shift. It should then open up a different window.

5.) In the window that popped up you'll need to navigate to your Just Cause 3 install folder (in most cases it would be under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Just Cause 3".

6.)Then just double click JustCause3.exe.

That's all you have to do!

Let me know if this helped you!

This fix applies to the beta version.

However, you can still apply this fix to the steam version. Navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Just Cause 3 Multiplayer Mod", and there you'll find PlayJCMP.exe, which allows you to follow the tutorial starting from step 4.
